Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Admin support functions, including taking and screening phone calls, enquiries and request; taking and transferring messages to appropriate individuals
  • Provide administration support including data entry, filling, cross checking, scanning, responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Prepare reports, proper documentation arrangement and general filing.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
  • Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
  • Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management
  • Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work
  • Customer-oriented
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,

Qualification:

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
